Attending a Meeting

You are usually able to attend most of our meetings. From time-to-time however, the time and place of meetings may be unavoidably changed. Therefore, before attending any of the scheduled meetings, you may wish to verify with us that the meeting date, time, and place remains as published on this web site. 

 

Venues and Times

Meetings are normally held at the Council Offices and commence at 7:00 p.m. Otherwise, meeting places and times are indicated below.Scrutiny Panel meetings usually start at 6:00 p.m., but please enquire beforehand in case of variance. The venue for the Youth Forum may vary and will be determined nearer the meeting dates.
