Help and Advice with Housing and Council Tax benefit

We provide a helpline service for our residents offering advice on all types of benefits, not just those administered by us. If you have difficulty getting about, we can arrange to call and see you at home.

 

You can telephone the helpline on Leicester (0116) 257 2703.

 

In addition, there are customer service centres at Oadby, Wigston and South Wigston librairies that can offer help. For information regarding these customer service centres and their opening times please check our Contact Information |page.
